I realized I hadn’t written a blog in some time. Time keeps slipping away….
We are just around the corner from August, in the year of 2023! How is everyone doing? I try to stay busy with my craft. It helps me stay focused and helps me relax to a degree. With everything going on in the world, I hope everyone has something to focus on that brings them joy. I haven’t had a chance to keep up with blogging and thought I would make a quick update about events we have attended and some that are planned.. Lynda Riddell & I have had a few events already in 2023. The first one was at the Bradford Legion on April 23. The second was at the Community Living Building on April 29. Last event we had was at the Newmarket Legion on June 24th. Our fourth event on July 6th was cancelled due to very bad winds and rain, tents went flying down. It was quite an experience. We are still waiting for a new date for that event. It is our only outdoor event that we scheduled. It is located at East Gwillimbury at 19000 Leslie Street in Newmarket, Ontario and was part of the EG Farmer’s Market, Celebration of the Arts Day. I will update you once I get confirmation of the new date.
Our next event will be at the Tiny Art Shack in Elmvale, Ontario on Saturday August 5th. I will be braving this one without my partner Lynda and will be on the porch. If you are vacationing in the area, feel free to drop by. I understand the shop has many artisans…
